The Libertines announced that they will be performing a two hour live stream this Saturday (November 21st) from 9-11pm (GMT). The show will be streamed from The Waste Land Pub, part of The Albion Rooms hotel that the band owns. Tickets are €4, with some of the proceeds going toward the homelessness charity Shelter.
Leading up to the show, the Libertines are asking fans to submit their own creative work, of which they will chose some of the best to be featured during the show.
“If you’ve got something you’d like to contribute – maybe a song, or poem, a story or, well, whatever you like – we want to hear from you.” the band said “We’re not pigeon-holing this, so you can suggest whatever you like to us at shout@albionrooms. Just drop us a line including a video clip of what you would like to perform on the night, We’ll get back to our favorites and invite you to join us in performing live (from your home) during the broadcast”
