In honor of the band’s 21st anniversary of their debut album, Mass Romantic, The New Pornographers are reissuing the album on Dec. 10 via Matador. The red vinyl will also come with the accompanying Letter From an Occupant 7″. Along with this announcement, the band will go on tour later this year throughout the United States and Canada. The Canadian indie rock band will be playing either Mass Romantic or Twin Cinema, depending on the date. The tour lineup consists of AC Newman, Dan Bejar, Joe Seiders, John Collins, Kathryn Calder, Neko Case, and Todd Fancey. You can see all the tour dates below.

“Everyone wants to be successful, but, hand to my heart, I had no delusions of success for The New Pornographers,” Newman said in a statement. “To be here over 20 years later, still in the game, is something that I simultaneously take for granted (you just get used to it) and feel eternally grateful for. Been here so long that we can do one of those ‘let’s play that old album all the way through!’ gigs.”
