The Strokes have released a new music video for their song ‘The Adults Art Talking”. The video features the band facing off against a team of robots in a baseball game. The video was directed by Roman Coppola, who has directed several videos for the Strokes in the past, including “Last Night”, “The Modern Age”, “Hard To Explain”, and “Someday”.
The Strokes released their sixth studio album, and first in seven years, The New Abnormal earlier this year- a strange precursor as the first singles rolled out just prior to the spread of the virus. Despite the setbacks of the virus and the inability to tour, the group has seen a lot of success with their latest release, receiving their first ever Grammy Award nomination a few days ago as well as performing on Saturday Night Live back in October.
