The term ‘the idiot check’ is a music expression for doing one last thorough check at the end of a show after everything is believed to have been put away. We apply this philosophy towards how we discover and promote music. While many mainstream music websites and blogs cover the same top 40 artists, we are committed to finding and helping up and coming artists who may have otherwise been overlooked or forgotten. For us, it’s not about the number of streams or followers an artist has, its entirely about the quality of the music.
