Annie Clark (St. Vincent) has announced her very own radio show titled WSTV Radio to be available via Apple Music. Clark will be taking on “the persona of a New York City radio DJ in the 1970s,” claims Pitchfork. This comes as no surprise to fans as the 38-year-old often discusses how the 1970s style heavily influenced her recently released album Daddy’s Home.
With the first episode out as of June 4th, Clark will be following her last endeavor on Apple Music titled “St. Vincent’s Mixtape Delivery Service.” “On WSTV Radio, I take a little acid-trip back in time with a smooth voice and all the coolest new (old) tunes. It is a lot of fun (for me, at least.),” claims Clark in a new statement.
